Abstract

The present studies were conducted to offer preliminary support for the latent structure and test-retest reliability of the Social Identity Management Scale (SIMS) among undergraduate students. Results suggest that the five-item SIMS represents a single latent factor and has good test-retest reliability across an eight-week time period.
