Do Moral Foundations Affect Our Social Preferences? Liberals and Conservatives in Bargaining Games

Abstract
We investigated the connection between endorsement of moral foundations and economic decision making. 201 participants indicated their support for the moral foundations and played the ultimatum game. A linear regression analysis showed that endorsement of the fairness/cheating moral foundation significantly predicts offers in the ultimatum game. Junior Researcher Programme Participant
