Abstract

This study investigated whether interacting with counterattitudinal arguments had an impact on attitude change. 85 participants were using either a touchscreen or a mouse to rank-order counterattitudinal arguments about social media either by memorability or quality. A three-way ANOVA revealed no significant interactions between the target variables on attitude change.
