Abstract

We examined the relationship between newcomers’ supervisor-subordinate relational schema (wave 1), perceived organizational culture (wave 1), and growth intercepts and slopes of leader-member exchange and turnover intention (wave 2-5). Using 139 longitudinal data, the results showed that expressive relational schema and relational organizational culture positively related to LMX growth intercept.
