Abstract

The study consistently support a relation between life satisfaction and work satisfaction among employees and top-manager. Family-work conflict predicts negatively employees’ work and life satisfaction. In case of middle managers family-work conflicts affects negatively life satisfaction. Among top-managers only the family-work conflict predicts negatively the life satisfaction.
