Abstract
Using IAT we tested the strength of associations between thermal concepts of warmth and coldness and emotional concepts in the Hebrew language. In Study 1 strong association was found between warmth and positive valence vs. coldness and negative valence. In Study 2 these associations influenced affect evaluation of neutral objects.
