Abstract
Our study explored the moderating role of rs2268490 in the relationship between job stress and general trust. The results indicated that high job stress was associated with low general trust in OXTR rs2268490 T-carrier individuals but not homozygous CC individuals, suggesting that CC was the protective genotype of general trust.
