The Effect of Brief Well-Being Therapy: Focusing on Cognitive Distortion

Abstract
We found the effect of brief well-being therapy, which is a brief version of well-being therapy applied to healthy people for the prevention of psychological problems, for the person who has high negative meta-cognitive beliefs. Brief well-being therapy might be effective for nonclinical person who has cognitive distortion.
