Abstract

This study assessed the relationship of demographics, depression, and anxiety to health beliefs in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Gender, MS subtype, depression, and anxiety were unique contributors in the final regression model. Depression and anxiety negatively impacts MS health beliefs, which in turn, may impact health behaviors and outcomes.
