Perceived Stress, Health, and Sleep: Evaluating the Relationship Among College Students

Abstract

The present study examines the relationship between stress, sleep, and health in undergraduate students. A total of 322 participants completed the Duke Health Profile, Perceived Stress Scale, and Adult Sleep Wake Scale. Results indicated a significant negative correlation between perceived stress and physical health, mental health, general health, sleep quality.
