Abstract

Writing gratitude letters could be a powerful tool to boost people’s well-being. However, the sample characteristics, the cultural values, and to whom people write the letters would influence the results. The study collected the data from Taiwanese nurses making an advanced discovery of the varied effects of the intervention.
