Abstract

In this study, we examined the impact of gender, ethnicity, phase of career, professional identity, fact sheet, geographic location, and treatment modality on support for prescriptive authority for psychologists (RxP). Using 273 participants (MDs, PAs, NPs, Psychologists), we found that only one’s profession and geographic region significantly impacted RxP attitudes.
