Abstract
Self-associated and ingroup-associated stimuli are selected and processed more efficiently within the cognitive system (self- and we-prioritization) than stranger associated stimuli. Contrary to previous work on perspective taking and co-representation, we show that stimuli that are associated with a co-actor in a joint task are not prioritized.
