Abstract
This study aims to explore the influence of emotional self-efficacy (ESE) on psychological health at work (PHW) in policing. PHW results from psychological distress at work (PDW) (irritability, anxiety, disengagement) and psychological well-being at work (PWBW) (social harmony, serenity and commitment at work) (Gilbert et al., 2011).
