Abstract

The effect of optimism increases the relationship between the basic psychological needs (autonomy, relatedness and competence) and the subjective well-being of the entrepreneur. What supposes that the satisfaction of the entrepreneur's needs increases the sensation of well-being. In addition, if they show an optimistic behavior, their well-being will be greater.
