Abstract

Alzheimer’s disease is an age related neurodegenerative disorder. Amyloid beta (Aβ) plaques are considered to be main culprits. In present study we tried to find, if there is any association between APOE and Azheimer’s disease. Our data revealed significant association of ε4 isoform with the Alzheimer’s disease in Kashmiri population.
