Abstract

129 consulting firms were identified and were categorized as small, medium, large. Exploratory text analysis was conducted using R. The most common terms are development, leadership. Results indicate different size of firms emphasize different themes. Large firms focused on job fit and validity while small firms emphasized health and surveys.
