Abstract

Perceived social support is negatively associated with depressive symptoms in older adults. It is unclear whether cultural identity modifies the aforementioned relationship in ethnic minority seniors. The current study examined the moderating role of cultural identity in the relationship between perceived social support and depressive symptoms in older Chinese Canadians.
