Abstract

Deriving from Greenfield’s theory of social change and using a historical and experimental approach, the effects of sociodemographic changes in cooperative behavior were studied in 484 Mexican children using Madsen’s Cooperation Board. The results showed that cooperation has decreased in comparison to reports of fifty years ago.
