Abstract
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training group was modified and implemented for 9 male patients who met the criteria for substance dependence disorder (DSM-IV) in a large Public Hospital, to investigate its effectiveness on substance use (measured by urine test), depression levels, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
