Abstract

Study evaluates the impact of an afterschool program on parents and children from the viewpoint of the participating parents. The mixed-method analyses and results demonstrated that the afterschool program positively impacted the parents’ and their children’s outcomes. Specifically, their children’s participation led to better psychological well-being for parents and children.
