Evaluation of Exploratory Time-Varying Effect Model: Preliminary Simulation Findings

Abstract
A small-scale Monte Carlo simulation study was conducted to evaluate the exploratory time-varying effect model (TVEM) as implemented in the Dynamic Structural Equation Modeling (DSEM) framework. Higher estimation precision was found among samples of larger, compared with smaller, sizes. Estimation precision was not influenced by number of measurements.
