Examining the Factor Structure and Validity of the Triarchic Model of Psychopathy

This study examined the factor structure of measures that have been developed using the triarchic model of psychopathy, which proposes three distinct trait domains underlying psychopathy: boldness, meanness, and disinhibition. Three-factor solutions show uniformly poor fit and do not correspond well to a priori factors.
