Abstract

This study investigated the effect of two different emotion regulation strategies; one targeting attention regulation (i.e., mindfulness) and one targeting motor responses (i.e., body posture). The study established that it is possible to facilitate approach action tendencies in healthy individuals by solely relying on the manipulation of bodily postures.
