Non-Verbal Work Quality Assessment: Developing a New Instrument with a Multi-Method Approach

Abstract
We present a new instrument for measuring work quality that does not rely on language. It is based on comic strips of different situations in the workspace. For validation we used existing language based questionnaires for work quality as well as neuropsychological methods like electroencephalography.
