Abstract

The study sought to determine that Black and Hispanic engineering undergraduates attending Minority Serving Institutions possessed interdependent attitudes, which influenced their recruitment and retention in engineering programs. Through qualitative data collection and analysis participants reported interdependent attitudes which influenced their recruitment and retention into engineering programs at MSIs.
