Abstract

This study used a culturally homogenous group to examine IQ differences between theists and non-theists. Participants were given an intelligence test and completed measures of general religiosity and religious fundamentalism. Results indicate that once religious fundamentalism is taken into account, there is no relationship between religiosity and intelligence.
