Does Coping Moderate the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Burnout?

Abstract

The present study aimed to examine the relationship between emotional labor, coping and burnout. Correlational design was used for the purpose. The results indicate that emotional labor is significantly correlated with burnout. The hierarchical regression analyses indicate that coping moderated the relationship between emotional labor and burnout.
