You Love Yourself Enough for Us Both: Perceptions of Narcissistic Partners and Relationship Outcomes

Abstract
Participants in relationships answered questionnaires about their perceptions of their own narcissistic personality traits; their partners' narcissistic personality traits; and their relationship satisfaction, investment, sense of alternatives, and commitment. Results suggest that perceptions of partners' narcissistic personality traits (but not of own) predict less satisfaction and commitment in romantic relationships.
