Abstract

Both partners in romantic relationships completed a variety of questionnaires about their relationships, including their own love languages, their partners’ love languages, their self-regulatory behaviors, and relationship outcomes. Findings suggest differential couple combinations (i.e., matched, mismatched, and partially matched couples) differ in relational quality (see also Polk & Egbert, 2013).
