Abstract

Difficulties in emotion regulation were studied in relation to resilience and self-efficacy among adults. The regression analysis indicated significant negative associations, difficulties significant predicted resilience and self-efficacy. The result implies that if effective emotion regulation skills can be instilled through some training, their resilience and self-efficacy would also be affected.
