Abstract

A web survey of 132 United Methodist clergy indicates that work/family enrichment is related to clergy job satisfaction, burnout, engagement, and withdrawal. Results also suggest that, to the degree that spouse involvement is believed to strengthen ministry, high spouse involvement is related to less clergy withdrawal.
