Relationship Perceptions Mediates Associations between Anxious Attachment, Sexual Satisfaction, and Relationship Satisfaction

Abstract

Anxious attachment is associated with lower sexual and relationship satisfaction. We expected attachment orientation, as a working model, influences relationship perceptions (e.g., reported sexual esteem). We found these perceptions mediated the associations between anxious attachment, sexual satisfaction, and relationship satisfaction.
