Destination Memory and the Effect of Distinctive Features on the Other Party of the Interaction

Abstract
Destination memory low accuracy is linked to a higher self-focus and lower attentional resources allocated to the recipient of the information. In two experiments, it was manipulated the existence of distinctive features on the recipient of the information. An improvement on destination memory was found for faces with distinctive features.
