Abstract

We aimed to establish whether HIV affects mental health, adaptive functioning and neurocognitive abilities among infected school aged children in Zambia. Results showed HIV-infected children had low scores on all domains. This is the first study that gives the impact of HIV on various domains in high HIV prevalence setting
