Recovery from Severe Psychiatric Illness from the Perspective of Mental Health Personnel in Mexico City

This study explores recovery and relapse in individuals with severe mental disorders from the perspective of mental health personnel in Mexico City. Of respondents, 19% did not believe recovery was possible while 46.6% believed recovery was factor dependent. Through thematic analysis eight categories affecting recovery were developed.
