The Direct and Indirect Effect between Recovery Experience and Calling Via Positive/Negative Affect and Psychological Empowerment

Abstract
This study examined the direct and indirect effect between recovery experience and calling via positive/negative affect and psychological empowerment. The indirect effect between recovery experience and calling was significant via increased positive affect / decreased negative affect and increased psychological empowerment. However, the direct effect between two variables was negative.
