Abstract

The complexity of EEG neural responses of 16p11.2 copy number variation carriers was examined using multiscale entropy. The findings indicate atypical neural complexity is implicated in 16p11.2 CNV carriers over all timescales and brain regions. This suggests that local and longer-range information processing were atypical and possibly driving cognitive inflexibility.
