Abstract

The emotion awe is associated with numerous psychological benefits; thus, we tested whether a two-week awe intervention would increase and sustain individuals’ dispositional proneness to experiencing awe. Results suggest that seeking out and attuning to awe for a prolonged period can increase daily and dispositional awe in a sustained way.
