Abstract
The present study was conducted to explore the mediating role of pay satisfaction between employee engagement, compensation fairness, affective commitment and turnover intention among employees of Indian Banking sector. A survey of 245 employees revealed that pay satisfaction mediated the employee engagement, compensation fairness, affective commitment and turnover intention relationship.
