Abstract
This study provides insights in to the multilayered effects of workplace bullying on employee well-being employees using a serial mediation model of perceived victimization and psychological distress. The findings imply that subjective victimization and subsequent psychological distress accounts for the indirect negative relationship between workplace bullying and well-being of employees.
