Abstract
By examining resting-state functional connectivity within intrinsic neural networks, we identified several brain regions involved in cognitive control and emotion regulation that showed stably disrupted network connectivity among individuals with a history of suicidal behavior, relative to mood disorder and nonclinical comparison groups, suggesting potential neural targets for attenuating risk.
