Examination of the Role of Personality in Teamwork

A common perception exists that extroverts make the best leaders, however having all extroverted leaders can lead to ineffective communication. Interest has emerged on the importance of introverts in leadership teams. Two personality assessments were administered to graduate students. This poster session will highlight the results of the project.
