Abstract
We investigate the link between self-reported physical activity type, quantity, and intensity over a one-week period on different cognitive functions. The study suggests that not only is cognition effected by physical activity, supporting previous research in this area, but, that cognitive subsystems are independently responsive to different exercise activities.
