Abstract

In the present study, we examined the moderating impact of power distance on the organizational justice--workplace aggression relationship. Collecting data from cross-cultural samples, we found that power distance influences employees’ expectations of fair treatment as well as how they choose to express their frustration once being unfairly treated.
