Rasch Measurement Model Analysis of the Indonesian Version of the Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist

This study examine the psychometrics properties of the Indonesian Version of the Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist using Rasch measurement approach.The results indicate that the shorter 33 items CWB-C is valid and reliable instrument to measure counterproductive behaviour in Indonesia’s culture.
