Effects of Attentional Bias and Cognitive Load on Task Performance in Structured and Unstructured Self-Regulation

Abstract
Based on the idea that the presence of a goal will move the attentional focus to goal-related information, thus affecting task performance, this experiment focused on investigating the moderating effects of regulatory focus and attentional bias on the relation between the presence/absence of a goal and task performance.
