Abstract

We investigated a potential mediator and moderator on the relation between overqualification and counterproductive work behavior. 121 military soldiers of the Republic of Korea Army were recruited. Statistical analyses found job boredom fully mediated the focal relation and that meaning in life had a significant moderation effect.
