Disrupting Microaggressions in the Academic Workplace: The Role of Bystanders

Abstract
The current study focuses on the role of bystanders in disrupting gender microaggressions and barriers of challenging them in the academic workplace at University of Massachusetts Lowell. Faculty were asked to rate barriers to intervening in situations described in three short vignettes and to identify more general barriers for faculty.
Bias
