Relationships Among Conflict Management Styles, Job Outcomes and Psychological Wellbeing Among College Teachers

Abstract
The current findings exposed that integrating, obliging, compromising and avoiding conflict management styles were positively significant correlated with job satisfaction and psychological well-being while they were negatively significant correlated with turnover intentions and job stress. Dominating conflict management style was positively significant with turnover intentions and Job Stress.
