Abstract

The current findings exposed that integrating, obliging, compromising and avoiding conflict management styles were positively significant correlated with job satisfaction and psychological well-being while they were negatively significant correlated with turnover intentions and job stress. Dominating conflict management style was positively significant with turnover intentions and Job Stress.
